Dr. Foster attends Sports Chiropractic Physician Diplomate Program in Denver Colorado. The program was presented by the medical manager of the
Olympic Training Center, topics included pre-participation physical examination, regional evaluation and special populations. Dr. Foster was especially
interested in paralympic athletes. The session was the first weekend of a two year program.

Dr. Foster starts Administrative Services Credential Program at the Orange County Department of Education. The program is part of his commitment to
provide the highest quality Sports Medicine education to Orange County students.

Dr. Foster enrolls in a Masters of Science in Educational Administration at California State University Fullerton, Irvine Campus. The course work includes
California State Educational Administration Credential. His goal is to use the degree to further his work within the Regional Occupational Program by
integrating Career & Technical Education with traditional classroom education.

Dr. Foster barely misses 2009 Deadlift World Championship Team nomination. Having lifted 501 pounds in the 181 pound class at the Nationals he was
displaced by a lifter who deadlifted 507 pounds in the same weight class. He missed the nomination by a mere six pounds!!! Dr. Foster will be able to lift at
the World Championship held in Las Vegas in November 2009, however, his lifts will not count toward World Champion Team Points. Dr. Foster maybe
selected as an alternate should athletes become injured or are unable to compete.

Dr. Foster Deadlifts 501 pounds at the United States Powerlifting Federation Nationals. The lift ranks him #1 in the 40-45 Masters age group and #2 overall
for 2009. He finished first in his division. The lift ranks #13 on the all time USPF all time National Rankings. Doctor Foster also officiated and provided
medical coverage for the event.

Dr. Foster is elected "Teacher of the Year 2009" for the Capistrano-Laguna Beach Regional Occupational Program. The annual peer election qualifies
him to proceed to the Orange County
teacher of the year competition held in the spring of each school year. Dr. Foster has been teaching Sports Medicine for the ROP for 10 years. The
popular class includes high school athletes and students wishing to pursue careers in the Sports Medicine fields. Dr. Foster firmly believes that one
responsibility of every physician is to give back to the community.

Dr. Foster provides medical coverage and referees at the Orange County High School Powerlifting Championship. The event was hosted by Canyon High
School in Anaheim Hills, California. The Powerlifting Championship was held in conjunction with a Fitness Expo as an annual fund raiser for the Athletics
Department.

Dr. Foster deadlifts 485 pounds at the World Famous Venice Muscle Beach Powerlifting Championships. Held at the famous weight "pit" on the Venice
Boardwalk the contest is one of the highlights of the summer powerlifting season. The lift ranks third in the country for the year in the 181 pound class. The
lift qualifies Dr. Foster for the 2009 Nationals. The contest was held in conjunction with the USPF Military National Powerlifting Championships. In
addition to lifting Dr. Foster also judged and provided medical care for the athletes at the two day event.

Dr. Foster teaches students at San Juan Hills High School proper weightlifting techniques. The clinic included lecture and demonstration by Dr. Foster and
individual evaluation of each students biomechanics. The goal was to show the student how to maximize strength gains, without suffering injury during the
weightlifting.

Today is a sad day for South Orange County High School Athletics. Dr. Foster was just informed the South County Weightlifting Championship has been
cancelled. This meet and its rich 30+ year history will not be held this year and its future is in question. To keep this annual tradition alive, Dr. Foster
personally offering to sponsor Teams of 6-8 athletes from each high school in the Capistrano-Laguna Beach ROP District at the upcoming Orange County
High School Powerlifting Championships on May 30 at Canyon High School in Anaheim Hills.

Dr. Foster deadlifts three times bodyweight at California State Powerlifting Championships. In terms of bodyweight it is the most weight he has lifted in his
20 years powerlifting history, although not the most absolute weight. He weighed in at the 165 pound weight class for the event. The lift ranks 3rd on the
United States Powerlifting Federation 2009 National Rankings.
The lift came after an unfortunate accident in the warm up room which resulted in 5 stitches on the chin and a mild concussion. Overall, taking the
injuries into consideration he is very pleased with the performance. He officiated and provided medical coverage at the event.

Dr. Foster lectures to students at Aliso Niguel High School regarding treatment of acute traumatic injuries in the athletic setting. Instruction included
proper identification, immobilization and transportation of severely injured athletes.

Dr. Foster deadlifts 425 pounds for three repetitions at the Fit Expo Los Angeles. Weighing in at the 181 pound weight class he missed his goal of
competing in the 165 pound weight class. Performing the extra repetitions officially disqualified Dr. Foster from the competition, but the crowd
appreciated the effort. He also treated athletes and officiated at the event. Other exposition events at the Fit Expo included Strongman, Mixed Martial
Arts, Sumo, Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Dance Competitions.

Dr. Foster accepts an invitation to participate in the development of the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) Examination. The CCSP
examination given by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians is the entry level certification of sports chiropractors.

Dr. Foster lectures to female student-athletes at Capistrano Valley High School. The lecture included the prevention, demonstration and treatment of
injuries to the hips and knees specific to female athletes.

Dr. Foster attends the 2008 Interdisciplinary Symposium on Sports Injuries hosted by the Southern California University of Health Sciences. The symposium
topics included; acetabulofemoral impingement, acetibular labral pathology, medical set-up for Team USA at the Beijing Olympics and cartilage
pathology, cartilage imaging and cartilage preservation.

Dr. Foster tops the United States Powerlifting Federation National Lifter Ranking List at THREE Bodyweights. In the deadlift only division he ranks 35, 26 &
32 nationally in the 220, 198 & 181 pound weight classes. Respectively, his ranked lifts were 551, 512 & 457 pounds. He will be looking to add a fourth
weight class in early 2009.

Dr. Foster completes Educational Research Paper on Interagency Sports Medicine Programs. The purpose of the paper was to investigate the possibility of
developing a Sports Medicine Educational Program between local Regional Occupational Programs and Private Post-Secondary Institutions. The paper
was part of a Supervision and Coordination of Education Certification Program.

Dr. Foster upgrades equipment with the purchase of a Lifetimer T-500 portable therapy table. This advanced chiropractic adjusting table features
unlimited univeral tilting head piece, adjustable height and thigh cut outs for adjusting larger patients. This table will allow better treatment of a wider
variety of athletic builds. The table outfitted with optional drop pieces to provide gentiler adjustments to thoracic and lumbar regions. This new equipment
is added to his advanced mobile clinic of ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, sound assisted soft tissue mobilization and portable rehabilitation.

backboarding and injury identification.

Dr. Foster loses 50 pounds. With the goal of competing at a lower weight class Dr. Foster lost 50 pounds taking his body weight from 215 to 165 in just over
one year. He hopes to set new state records in the 165 pound weight class this January at the FitExpo Event in Los Angeles. The last time he competed at
this body weight was in 1992 when he set a state junior record.

Dr. Foster enrolls in administrative credential program. The administrative credential program leads to the authorization to supervise and coordinate
educational classes in Sports Medicine and other career technical courses throughout California. This will allow Dr. Foster to further expand his
commitment to the Regional Occupational Program and expand SCORES! involvement in Orange County High School Athletics.

Dr. Foster enrolls in Chiropractic Sports Diplomate Course. The sports diplomate course leads to the highest honors for Certified Sports Chiropractic Sports
Physicians. The three year course includes advanced study and research in biomechanics, exercise physiology and sport specific patient care.

Dr. Foster launches SCORES! Team Chiropractor. After 5 years of refining his unique techniques and exclusively treating elite athletes using his advanced
mobile care clinic Sport Chiropractic On the Run, Dr. Foster has decided to highlight the sport specific nature of his practice by changing the name to the
acronym SCORES! Sport Chiropractic On the Run with Exercise Science! and expand his services to sports teams and exclusive fitness facilities. Dr.
Foster believes this change will further display his commitment to supporting the coaches and personal trainers in Coastal and South Orange County. Dr.
Foster holds a bachelors of science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern California.
